Mithila is the development communication expert and is driving the company’s repositioning as a digitally-focused research and behaviour change projects reflecting the power of storytelling more efficiently, which includes bringing different perspective to the business with fresh new talent as well as new clients from a broader range of sectors.
Mithila has been working as a development communications expert over 10 years. She has worked with different development partners, UN bodies, NGOs and INGOs on issues like Violence against women, Adolescent health & hygiene, Climate migration, Skills development, Child marriage, counter extremism and student development etc. The essential part of her job is to design, develop strategies and implication plan for social behavior change and awareness campaigns. During these years, she has worked, collaborated with numerous youth leaders, veterans, youth leadership organizations. Mithila is an alumni at Swedish Institute’s Young Connectors of the Future program for South-asian young leaders. She is also an alumni and a trainer at The United States Institute of Peace (USIP), that focuses on youth leadership and peace-building activities.
Mithila has a Masters degree in Sociology from University of Dhaka and she is again pursuing her second masters at The University of Manchester on Digital technologies, communication & education under the Commonwealth Foreign Office (FCO) funded Chevening scholarship.
